Deck The Halls For St. Patrick’s Day!

East Meadow Shopping Center

St. Patrick’s Day is drawing near and according to the National Retail Federation, one third of Americans will be joining in on the festivities!

Party City’s Celebration experts are sharing their festive ideas to get you ready for the lucky day. Here are some tips to jump start the day, provided by SFGate.com:

  • Go green! Along with your bright green shirt, double up on accessories like beaded necklaces, over-sized sunglasses, giant bow ties, hats and wigs! Whether you are enjoying an office party or you’re showing your pride in a parade, you can’t be too green on this holiday.
  • Make your taste buds dance with an all-green dessert bar. An assortment of green candies, cupcakes, and cookies is a fun way to jazz up delicious treats.
  • Adults Only! Look up tasty cocktails that can be accented with the color green such as, “Irish Dreams,” “Leprechaun Kisses,” and “Lucky-tinis” for a sophisticated edge.

Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah Planning Tips!

East Meadow Shopping Center

Planning a Bar or Bat Mitzvah can be a very stressful experience if done incorrectly. The focus of the event should be on the religious education and service leading up to the achievement of such an important milestone, not on the stressful elements of party planning.

If you are looking to hold a party celebration after the religious ceremony, pick and date and place about 10 months to 1 year prior to the event. A typical celebration these days involves many details and segments that a parent needs to organize in advance. Venue, catering, decorations, theme, entertainment, invitations, photographer, videographer, party favors and more all are at the top of the “To Do List.”

Choose a location that offers a party planner assigned to your party to take the stress out of the event. Zacharys and AURA offers two venue locations to choose from as well as a party planner to take care of your “To Do List” and more. Enjoy this memorable experience instead of being overwhelmed with details and planning.
